Kaiizen was founded in 2004 by a group of college students hoping to make a difference in the world. They saw apathy all around them and decided that now was the time get involved, not when retirement came knocking. Since Kaiizen’s founding they have organized and led over 100+ humanitarian trips all around the world. Thousands of volunteers have participated.
Kaiizen works in Mexico, Brazil, Peru, Costa Rica, India, Nepal, Zambia, Swaziland, and the USA.
Kaiizen pioneered the field of humanitarian therapy in 2008. Kaiizen’s unique, youth curriculum has helped hundreds of struggling teens find their way in life and become more civic-minded. The success of its teen program has led Kaiizen to begin expanding the program in 2013 and plans have been drawn for a Kaiizen Global School that will become a more permanent place of healing and change for struggling youth worldwide.
